Cairns 50 is a 50km Ultramarathon along the paths of Redlynch Valley consisting of 3 x 16.7km laps.
Cairns 50 is a great event for those looking to take the step up in to ultra running, or for experienced ultra runners looking for an opportunity to smash their 50k PB. Being a fast and flat run with great support and scenery along the course, there is no better way to do you first ultra or your fastest 50k than at the Cairns 50.
Cairns 30 is a 2 x 15km lap course along the paths of Redlynch Valley which is the perfect stepping stone from the half marathon distance to the full marathon.
Or perhaps you are preparing for Ironman Cairns and the Cairns 30 is a great opportunity to test out your race day run. With 2 fast and flat laps, you can expect great running and paths lined with spectators
This is a PB 10k course! Race your heart out along 2 laps of the fast and flat course or get out for a casual 10k run with friends and family along shady paths, along Freshwater Creek, through rainforest and past cane fields. Or, a great course for first time 10k runners with flat paths and plenty of sights to distract you along the way!

The 2.4km (3 x 800m laps) course is a flat and fast loop along the Cairns Esplanade with a view out to the Great Barrier Reef. Runners will nominate for A/B/C Divisions based on recent race/ParkRun times, and vie for big money prizes!
