CAIRNS 50 TRAINING PLANS
Event partner Smurf Endurance Sports have developed training plans for all of the Cairns 50 events to help you prepare for race day. Training plans include Couch to 5k and Fastest 5k training plans, First 10k and 10k PB training plans, a beginner 30k training plan and a first time ultra runner 50k training plan.
